Welcome to Firewalls4Less, a division of Cosmistack, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We value your business and are committed to providing you with the best possible service. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following return policy. Please take a moment to read through it carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are allowed within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Customers must first contact the manufacturer for diagnosis and/or warranty services before requesting a refund.

2. Return Authorization

All returns must be approved by customer service.
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and a prepaid shipping label will be provided upon approval.
Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the RMA. Otherwise, the return request will be canceled.
Exchanges are not available.

3. Restocking Fees

If the returned item is opened or a digital product is registered, a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price may be deducted from the refund.

4. Unauthorized & Rejected Returns

Unauthorized or rejected returns will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
We are not responsible for damage to unauthorized/rejected returns during shipping back to the customer.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are explicitly marked as "No Return" in their store listing.
These items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
